On December 4th, 2018, Over 200 attendees walked away from the conference with new knowledge, best practices, and strategies. With CPBFA successfully lunched, China Plant-based Food sector mainstreaming was felt to make a promising start, and the level of commitment has increased with the support, recognition and resources. This year, we will continue to focus on forces that are transforming the food sector, from innovations in technology, to ever-changing consumer expectations and tastes, to China’s new administration approaches to agricultural trade policy.
